Rheumatology Out-Patients
NHS Scotland is improving your experience of Out-Patient Clinics with an Online Health Check as part of your Routine Clinical Care.
You will be asked some simple questions on your health and wellbeing, which your doctor will review before your next appointment.
The online Health Check should take around 10 minutes to complete.
